With a love for good food, strong coffee and some crazy fun, Chaos came to life in 2004. The brainchild of Kerry Vosseler, a high energy chef who loves to explore new ideas.
She decided New Plymouth had a market for an upbeat cafe with a wide variety of food choices, including a large selection of Vegan, Gluten Free and specialty
cabinet/menu options.
Since the beginning Chaos has won many cafe and
hospitality awards including 4 time best cafe & best owner operator in the Taranaki
Halamoana hospitality awards.
